Matt Albanese, CEO started The Everest Group in 1992 after working 20+ years in various distribution and transportation management positions. He is a graduate of Niagara University where he secured a Bachelors in Business Transportations and Logistics, and a minor in international freight forwarding. With his extensive knowledge of the industry he opened the first branch of The Everest Group in Glendora, GA in 1992 and the second branch of the firm in Lake Tahoe in 2018.
Dennis Teschler, VP of National Accounts, has focused for the past 25 plus years on placing middle to “C” level executives in many functional positions within the Supply Chain. His years of knowledge and experience have been an asset to the team and company. His core Fortune 50 and 500 clients are a cross-section of durable and non-durable corporations. Third party asset and non-asset clients represent thirty-five percent of his client base.
Anthony Duncan, VP of National Accounts, Over the past 23 years, he has enjoyed connecting clients & professionals in a variety of industries and functional areas. With a particular focus on helping fill critical needs of the client organizations so they can continue to grow, while helping professionals further their career advancement. As part of his process, time is spent upfront with clients to fully understand their culture, business objectives, and growth plans so he can be better prepared to assist them in filling their needs.
Kyle Bueckert, EVP of National Accounts and Operations has focused on placing mid-executive level executives at companies such Performance Team/Maersk, Dependable Supply Chain Services, Nike, Bob’s Discount Furniture, and many others. A few of the roles he has recently filled include Sr. Director of Warehouse Operations, Vice President of Engineering, Director of Human Resources, and a Director of Transportation on both the retail and 3PL side of the business. In addition to conducting his own searches he is also responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the firm while overseeing a team of project managers in the Glendora and South Lake Tahoe offices.
Haley Crummett, National Recruiting Manager has assisted with mid-level searches for Performance Team/Maersk, Expak Logistics, and Dependable Highway Express with a heavy focus on warehouse operations, customer service, and vendor management. She also plays a key role in the firms, branding and marketing efforts. Haley’s background is in Business Administration and she is located in our Lake Tahoe office along with Heifer, the office dog.
Heather Kosinski, Admin Asst, recently joined The Everest Group Lake Tahoe Office after spending her last few years working as a Human Resources Coordinator and traveling the globe. Her role is focused on assisting the VP’s of the firm with the placement of mid-executive level candidates and in the day-to-day operations of the firm.
