Our Process In 5 Steps

  1. Schedule intake calls with clients to review the job description, company culture, requirements of the job order, and what qualifications the ideal candidate possesses.
  2. Reach out to executives from our proprietary network. In addition to utilizing LinkedIn licenses, aggressive marketing campaigns, and our memberships of multiple industry associations.
  3. Identify potential candidates and take them through our detailed vetting process inclusive of acquiring additional documents and video interviews
  4. Weekly updates with client to present candidates using our best practice Candidate Status Report which includes relevant information about the client based on the hiring needs.
  5. Assist clients through every step of the interview and offer process including scheduling interviews, offer and counter offer negotiation, background checks, and reference checks.

As a firm we understand that making a career change is a big decision for a candidate. The Everest Group is with the candidate every step of the way throughout the hiring process. You aren’t just a resume to our firm. Working with us as a candidate you can expect the following:

  5. Being a liaison between you and the hiring manager by scheduling interviews and giving post interview feedback.
  6. Salary negotiation – making sure you get what you need.
  7. Check in’s once you land the job to ensure things are going smoothly.
  8. Staying in touch – just like we do with our clients, partnerships are our primary objective as a firm.
