Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of work as a process engineer, including at least 5 years of process engineering management experience.
Expertise with Minitab, SAP, and data historian systems.
Experience defining and optimizing Bills of Materials and Routings.
Six Sigma and / or Lean Manufacturing certification.
Up to 50% travel
 
Desired Qualifications
Six Sigma Black Belt and / or Lean Expert certification.
Multi-site / Multi-segment process engineering management experience in one of the process industries (building materials, chemicals, consumer goods, etc.).
Track record of managing productivity / cost savings programs and delivering on savings targets.
Strong collaboration, influence, and change management skills.
