Matt Albanese, CEO, founded The Everest Group in 1992 with a primary focus in Third Party Logistics, Ocean, Trucking, Rail/Intermodal and Mass Retailers. He attended Niagara University and secured a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Logistics and Transportation, with a minor in International Freight Forwarding. His 20-year career began with a domestic Fortune 100 retail company, working in the Traffic and Distribution areas. He then spent four years with an international paper manufacturer, focusing on Inter-modal Transportation and Domestic International Ocean Distribution. The balance of his 20-year career incorporated various Distribution and Logistics Management positions throughout the United States, with a Fortune 150 direct selling consumer products company.
Dennis Teschler, Senior Director of National Accounts, has focused on placing middle and senior level executives in many functional positions within the Supply Chain industry. His core Fortune 50 and 500 clients are a cross-section of durable and non-durable corporations. Third party asset and non-asset clients represent thirty-five percent of his client base. Prior to executive recruiting, he worked in middle and upper management in the hospitality and food service industry for small and multi-chain restaurants. His last twelve years in the hospitality and food service industry were in direct sales and marketing with a Fortune 500 company, developing mid-to-large scale accounts.​

Anthony Duncan, Senior Director of National Accounts, attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He started his career in the retail, computer sales and office product procurement industries. Over the past 16 years, he has enjoyed connecting clients & professionals in a variety of industries including: Apparel, Retail, Consumer Products, Transportation/Warehouse Management Systems, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Animal Health, and Medical Device. With a particular focus on helping fill critical needs of the client organizations so they can continue to grow, while furthering the career advancement of professionals within the industry. As part of his process, time is spent upfront with clients to fully understand their culture, business objectives, and growth plans so he can better prepared to assist them in filling their needs.

Kate Perez, Director of Training Development/Projects, graduated from the State University of New York College at Buffalo with a Master of Science degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration. She also received her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Psychology from SUNY College at Buffalo. Kate began her career in Higher Education working in financial aid and as a student advisor. She transitioned into retail management where she was able to focus on guest experience and lead a team of 60. Her most recent experience includes recruiting, hiring and onboarding team members. Over the past two years at The Everest Group, Kate has utilized her strong communication and team building skills to grow a team of Executive Recruiters. In addition to her training and development efforts, Kate has successfully placed candidates as supervisors, area managers, directors and Vice Presidents. Kate is originally from Buffalo, NY and lived in Santa Barbara prior to settling in Los Angeles. Kate supports The Principal, Managing Partners while overseeing the Executive Recruiters by developing and managing search plans, sourcing candidates and performing internet research along with necessary administrative duties.​
  
  
Chau Trieu, Senior Executive Recruiter, graduated at California Polytechnic State University, Pomona with a major in human resource management. Chau started her career in the food/service industry where she had gain exceptional customer service, interpersonal, diplomatic, and conflict resolution skills. Upon graduation, she started her career as a human resource administrative assistant for a medical device/supply manufacturing company. Shortly after working there, her diligence and willingness to on-take multiple projects, allowed her to attain the title/role of HR supervisor. Her recruiting career truly started when she joined The Everest Search Group. Over the course of one year at The Everest Search Group, she worked on placing multiple candidates ranging from Supervisors, Managers, Directors, to Vice Presidents within the retail/apparel and 3PL industry. Thanks to her high level of focus and attentive nature, Chau is able to identify any problems and solve it with eased. Chau works with The Principal, Managing Partners, and Project Managers by developing and managing search plans, sourcing candidates, and performing internet research along with necessary administrative duties. 
  
  
Kyle Bueckert, Executive Recruiter, graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies. As a student Kyle specialized in interpersonal communication and media studies. He began his career as a sales associate as well as a communications intern where he was able to utilize his education and improve on his communication skills. While at the Everest Group he has worked on placing candidates at companies such as Radial, JW Logistics, Moduslink, Delivery Solutions of America, DB Schenker, and more. He is focused on retail/ apparel and the 3PL industry as a while. He supports the Principal, Managing Partners, and Project Managers by developing and managing search plans, sourcing candidates and performing internet research along with necessary administrative duties.
  
  
Tony Liu, Project Coordinator, graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics specializing in International-Macro Finance. During his time in college, Tony worked in the food, retail, and customer service industry. As his skills and experiences progressed, Tony rapidly took on leadership roles. Shortly after, Tony earned an internship at a real estate company as a Business Development and an accounting assistant for a non-profit organization. With Tony’s above average ability to grasp and learn new concepts, his responsibility and role grew quickly within the company. After graduating from college, Tony soon started his journey with The Everest Group. Here at The Everest Group, Tony has helped Senior Executive Recruiters and Senior Director of National Accounts on placing multiple executive candidates with Fortune 50, 100, 500 companies. Tony supports the CEO, Managing Partners while overseeing the Executive Recruiters by developing and managing search plans, sourcing candidates and performing internet research along with necessary administrative duties.
