Matt Albanese, CEO, founded The Everest Group, a division of the Everest Search Group Inc, in 1992 and celebrated 26 years in 2019. Additionally, in 2018 the firm opened The Everest Executive Search firm in South Lake Tahoe, NV. The firm's primary focus is Third Party Logistics, Ocean/NVOCC, Trucking, Rail/Intermodal, Supply Chain Operations and Information Technology Management, and Industrial Engineering. He attended Niagara University and secured a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Logistics and Transportation, with a minor in International Freight Forwarding. His career began with a domestic Fortune 100 retail company, working in the Traffic and Distribution areas. He then spent four years with an international paper manufacturer, focusing on Inter-modal Transportation and Domestic International Ocean Distribution. The balance of his career incorporated various Distribution and Logistics Management positions throughout the United States, with a Fortune 150 direct selling consumer products company. 
Dennis Teschler, Vice President of National Accounts, focuses on placing middle to senior level executives in many functional positions within the Supply Chain industry. He recently placed a Senior Director of Logistics for WSS Shoes. His core Fortune 50 and 500 clients are a cross-section of durable and non-durable corporations. Third party asset and non-asset clients represent thirty-five percent of his client base. His depth of knowledge and experience are an asset to the team. Prior to executive recruiting, he worked in middle and upper management in the hospitality and food service industry for small and multi-chain restaurants. His last twelve years in the hospitality and food service industry were in direct sales and marketing with a Fortune 500 company, developing mid-to-large scale accounts.​

Anthony Duncan, Vice President of National Accounts, attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He started his career in the retail, computer sales and office product procurement industries. Over the past 16 years, he has enjoyed connecting clients & professionals in a variety of industries including: Apparel, Retail, Consumer Products, Transportation/Warehouse Management Systems, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Animal Health, and Medical Device. With a particular focus on helping fill critical needs of the client organizations so they can continue to grow, while furthering the career advancement of professionals within the industry. As part of his process, time is spent upfront with clients to fully understand their culture, business objectives, and growth plans so he can better prepared to assist them in filling their needs.

Kyle Bueckert, Director of National Accounts, graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies. As a student Kyle specialized in interpersonal communication and media studies. He began his career as a sales associate as well as a communications intern where he was able to utilize his education and improve on his communication skills. While at the Everest Group he has worked on placing candidates at companies such as Radial, JW Logistics, Moduslink, Delivery Solutions of America, DB Schenker, Nike, Wine.com, Dynacraft and more. He is hyper focused on retail -apparel and the 3PL industry. He conducts his own vital seraches and manages Talent Recruiters within the office.
  
Kathryn Lopez, Director of Client Projects & Administration, graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachussetts with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. She played Varsity Field Hockey there as well and minored in both Sociology and Law, Policy, and Society. Katie began her career in the Boston area working in the various sectors of the criminal justice system. She also coached high school field hockey for several years. Her most recent work experience includes working as an Administrative Coordinator, managing the revenue of 45 stores specializing in home improvement in the Los Angeles area. We are excited to have Katie join the team. Katie has exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills and utilizes these in order to support the CEO, Vice Presidents and the Director while performing necessary payroll and administrative duties. 

  
Aaron Petteruto, Talent Recruiter, Graduated from the University of La Verne with a Bachelor's of Science in Organizational Management. During his time at La Verne, his studies focused primarily on managerial practices and organizational studies. Prior to attending the University of La Verne, Aaron proudly served for four years in the United States Air Force. During his time in the service, he gained career experience and training in logistics and readiness, as well as community outreach and aid. His post-military career began working in delivery and inventory management in Covina and La Verne, California. His time spent working has also allowed him to gain an even greater understanding of customer service and communication, to which he applies to his daily tasks and duties.
