Job Description: 
The 3PL Transportation Specialist will liaison and maintain a positive line of communication with TriCap International’s customer base. To meet and/or exceed goals, objectives, and timelines set by TriCap and its customers. 

Role You Will Play:
• Professionally manage customer accounts assigned by TriCap management.
• Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to; billing, shipping, receiving, pickups, and system troubleshooting, while ensuring issues at hand are resolved promptly and thoroughly.  
• Maintain a balance between TriCap policy and customer benefit in decision making. 
• Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and TriCap.
• Responsible for compiling and generating reports as they relate to the customer. 
• Timely acceptance and processing of inbound load tenders, purchase orders and Bill of Ladings while ensuring information provided is correct.
• Effectively communicate with customers and appropriate TriCap departments. 
• Schedule appointments with shippers and receivers. 
• Responsible for overseeing inventory. 
• Maintain and file all records in accordance with TriCap, US Customs and C-TPAT policies and procedures.
• Perform duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of US Customs (Bonded Warehouse and CFS) and C-TPAT procedures, a plus.  
• Must be able to perform duties as assigned.  
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed.
