Director of Business Development (3PL) – USA, Remote
Our client is looking for a Director Business Development to join the organization where you will leverage a consultative sales approach to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing client. The primary responsibility is selling warehousing and drayage service offerings. This role requires an individual with recent experience over the past three years selling directly to technology, consumer electronics, or industrial product clients. This is an individual contributor role that requires an individual with a hunter mentality, experience building strong customer relationships and a track record of delivering on sales targets.
The Human Resources Director is responsible for providing comprehensive HR guidance and support to our Team. This includes but is not limited to workforce planning, attracting talent, onboarding, retention, development, performance management, compensation and FLSA review, Federal and State compliance, policy implementation and interpretation, employee relations and engagement, labor relations, HRIS maintenance and HR metrics.
The Director of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) will report to the Senior Vice President of Operations and contributes to the success of the company by enabling EHS risk management in the dynamic industry of warehousing and transportation. The EHS Director has responsibility to anticipate EHS issues, assure risk management processes are applied, coach capabilities into the regional teams, analyze incident data, and develop actionable solutions. The successful candidate will be an EHS leader for the company and be able to engage, motivate, and align the Division towards designated local EHS objectives, as well as be a part of the development, recommendation, and implementation of Sector EHS policies and procedures.
