Haley Crummett

National Recruiting Manager

Haley joined The Everest Group in 2021 as an Administrative Assistant. She was quickly promoted to National Recruiting Manager. She has assisted with mid-level searches for Performance Team/Maersk, Expak Logistics, and Dependable Highway Express with a main focus on warehouse operations and customer service. Haley’s background is in Business Administration and she is located in our newly opened South Lake Tahoe office along with Heifer, the office dog.

Kyle Bueckert

Kyle Bueckert- Executive Vice President of Operations & National Accounts, graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Media Studies while also competing in Cross Country and Track and Field. His role at The Everest Group is focused on placing mid-executive level executives at companies such Performance Team/Maersk, Dependable Supply Chain Services, Nike, Bob’s Discount Furniture, and many others. A few of the roles he has recently filled include Sr. Director of Warehouse Operations, Vice President of Engineering, Director of Human Resources, and a Director of Transportation on both the retail and 3PL side of the business. In addition to conducting his own searches he is also responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the firm while overseeing a team of project managers in the Glendora and South Lake Tahoe offices.

Dennis Teschler

Vice President of National Accounts

Dennis has focused for the past 25 plus years on placing middle to “C” level executives in many functional positions within the Supply Chain. His core Fortune 50 and 500 clients are a cross-section of durable and non-durable corporations. Third party asset and non-asset clients represent thirty-five percent of his client base. His years of knowledge and experience have been an asset to the team and company. Prior to executive recruiting, he worked within middle and upper management in the restaurant and food service industry. His last twelve years in the hospitality and food service industry were in direct sales and marketing with a Fortune 500 company, developing large scale accounts.

Anthony Duncan

Vice President of National Accounts

Anthony attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He started his career in the retail, computer sales and office product procurement industries. Over the past 23 years, he has enjoyed connecting clients & professionals in a variety of industries and functional areas. With a particular focus on helping fill critical needs of the client organizations so they can continue to grow, while helping professionals further their career advancement. As part of his process, time is spent upfront with clients to fully understand their culture, business objectives, and growth plans so he can be better prepared to assist them in filling their needs. On a personal note, he is a huge sports fan of many sports including: NFL, NCAAF, NHL, NBA, MLB, EPL, La Liga

Matt Albanese

CEO

Matt Albanese founded The Everest Group, a division of The Everest Search Group Inc, in 1992 in Glendora, CA. Additionally, in 2018 the firm opened The Everest Executive Search firm in South Lake Tahoe, NV. The firm’s primary focus is Third Party Logistics, Ocean/NVOCC, Trucking, Rail/Intermodal, Supply Chain Operations and Information Technology Management, and Industrial Engineering. He attended Niagara University and secured a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Logistics and Transportation, with a minor in International Freight Forwarding. His career began with a domestic Fortune 100 retail company, working in the Traffic and Distribution areas. He then spent four years with an international paper manufacturer, focusing on Inter-modal Transportation and Domestic International Ocean Distribution. The balance of his career incorporated various Distribution and Logistics Management positions throughout the United States, with a Fortune 150 direct selling consumer products company.
